The philosophy of the agency is to view the client population as asset laden, as opposed to viewing them as deficit burdened. It is agency practice that the client be very active in the crafting of solutions that address their well being. The level of required education varies with each position, however, all applicants must possess a valid California driver's license, have automobile insurance and a safe driving record. Also, in that many of our staff work closely with, and are frequently at school sites, they must be finger printed and possess a clean arrest record.
