Rena Blake is a Bay Area, California, native. She grew up in Richmond Ca, in the West Contra Costa unified school district. Graduating from St. Mary’s College High school in Berkeley California and continued education from Clark Atlanta University, graduating from California State University East Bay. Rena has provided services to families throughout the East Bay for over 15 years and is currently providing mental health support to youth and families at Contra Costa Youth Services Bureau. Rena is an avid advocator for peace and mindfulness meditation. Surrounded by family, plants and loves she can be found grounding in somewhere in nature. Namaste.
