Contra Costa Youth Service Bureau (CCYSB) seeks a Family Partner. Ideally this person has commitment to working with underserved youth/families in a creative, caring and supportive manner and is familiar with Contra Costa County systems that serve Medi-Cal eligible children and families. The Family Partner works closely with our clinical Wraparound team – providing on the ground assistance to carry out treatment plans. This is an excellent stepping stone position towards becoming a Wraparound Facilitator.
