Get ready to have a spooktacular time filled with candy, costumes, and community spirit. On Tue Oct 31 2023, starting at 4pm between Rheem and Roosevelt Ave. 
Put on your most creative costume and bring your friends and family along for an evening of Halloween fun. Whether you’re a fan of spooky ghosts, wicked witches, or adorable superheroes, this event welcomes everyone to stroll down 23rd Street and feel the Halloween spirit in the air.

Prepárate para pasar un momento espeluznante lleno de dulces, disfraces y espíritu comunitario. El martes 31 de octubre de 2023, a partir de las 4 p.m. entre Rheem y Roosevelt Ave.
Ponte tu disfraz más creativo y trae a tus amigos y familiares a una noche de diversión de Halloween. Ya seas fanático de los fantasmas espeluznantes, las brujas malvadas o los superhéroes adorables, este evento invita a todos a pasear por la calle 23 y sentir el espíritu de Halloween en el aire.
