Stacie Plummer brings over 25 years of experience in nonprofit accounting, financial management, and grants administration to her role with Contra Costa Youth Service Bureau. As an Advanced Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional (CNAP) and member of both the AICPA & CIMA Nonprofit Section and the National Grant Management Association, Stacie is deeply committed to best practices in nonprofit finance and compliance.[extra]

Her extensive background includes managing multi-million-dollar grant portfolios, leading financial system overhauls, and developing robust internal controls and reporting tools. Prior to joining CCYSB, Stacie held leadership roles with the City of Richmond and worked as a fiscal consultant through her firm, Book Solid Solutions LLC, supporting mission-driven organizations in achieving financial transparency and operational efficiency.

Stacie holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from John F. Kennedy University, a Master of Library & Information Science in Data Analytics from San Jose State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Mathematics from Howard University.
